From a very early age Cassie was involved with Hospitality. Her family and siblings all playing varied roles in the industry.
Cassie and her husband Marten operate Seasalt Café Restaurant which is located at the Marina Port Macquarie. She is true lover of all things hospitality.
This really manifests itself in the fantastic Customer Service she offers her customers. This flows on to her staff, they are a great example of Customer Service Excellence. They moved to this beautiful location to semi retire !!
Well that didn’t happen because Seasalt at the Marina was born, and over 8 years later they have enjoyed meeting ,serving ,educating ,supporting, sponsoring, cooking and caring for our staff customers and community alike.

Cassie is a Community player and is currently on two Boards, one being Bravehearts Mid North Coast which fundraises for child protection education for all children in the primary school system K-3.
The other is the Greater Port Macquarie Tourism Association. She is passionate about Tourism in our Region and is very generous with her time for this activity.
